3) Use your Neocortex

As I have allowed myself the power of visualization, with the acceptance of it being relevant and realistic, I understand that anything is possible.

 Whenever you are feeling down, close your eyes and visualize your dream life. Ask yourself, who am I in this moment in my dream life? Who do I aspire to be? What skills do I have to achieve this? What skills should I acquire? Remember being realistic in this situation will better prepare you for success. You will spend some quality time with your dreams.

  • Make a list of everything you would like to see in your future; whether it be material objects or a state of being, write it down on a piece of paper.
  • Allow yourself to see this paper everyday by placing it on your fridge, mirror or maybe your wall. Being able to see the list a few times a day will allow you to start visualizing your dream life.
  • When visualizing the dream, what do you notice; who are you in the moment; why is it important that you are this way?

Allow yourself a proper digestive system

 Enjoy your food by chewing it properly. Chewing breaks down your food into small particles for proper digestion. Eat food for nourishing your body only. Recognize your non-hunger triggers to break free from food cravings and compulsive overeating. Do not upset your digestive system by eating more. It will have harmful effects on your body.

  • Make a meal schedule for a week and go get all the groceries you need to accomplish this plan. Making lunches at home is usually more cost affective and better for the body.
  • Eat as many fruits and vegtables as you possibly can, make sure to wash them first.
  • Are you getting enough vitamins? Certain parts of the world do not get enough sun, which means you might be lacking vitamin D.
