How often will I need a coaching session?
Coaching sessions are very personal. Typically we would not have more than one session per week and no less than one session every two weeks. Sessions can be a one-off or can go on for months. Again, it is personal, and as long as progress is being made, sessions are valuable. If you have signed up for one, three or six months of coaching, your sessions for that duration are booked during the first session. Some prefer to make their sessions on the same day/time every week for three weeks with one week off before the next month begins.

How long will my coaching sessions last?
Coaching sessions are not usually less than 30 minutes and no longer than 90 minutes. The time is tailored to each client. Typically, a session will go as follows: 5 to 10 minutes at the beginning to catch up and go over what was discussed in the last session and review progress made; 25 to 40 minutes to work on current challenges to move you closer to your goals; and 5 to 10 minutes at the end to go over your action steps for the next session.

How do we conduct our session?
All sessions are conducted over the phone or the internet as arranged. To respect your time and the time of the coach sessions starts precisely when scheduled.

What happens if I’m late, miss a session, or have to reschedule?
All sessions will end on time; even if you are late or not ready to begin at the start of your session, there will be no discount for shortened sessions. Charges for missed sessions with no notice or on short notice cancellations will only be charged a half-session fee. Cancellations with 24 hours notice are rescheduled without charge. If it is not possible to give us 24 hours notice, then you are allowed to move one appointment once in every ten sessions without being charged. If your coach must reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, he/she will make up the session at a later date.

What if I need to contact you between sessions?
You will have access to your coach through email for the duration of your sessions. Generally, your coach will respond with one email every 24 hours.

What is your payment policy?
Scholarships are available for people requiring coaching who may not be able to afford it. For full details on scholarships, please contact your coach directly.
Payment is expected before the first session of your group of sessions (i.e. one month, three months, six months, etc.) not to interrupt the coaching process.
Payments can is made through the website at the time of booking. If payment is not received for any reason, in or out of the client’s control, the session will need to be rescheduled until payment is received. No sessions will take place until full payment is received.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Clients using abusive language will not be tolerated. Clients will be warned, but if it persists, the session will be terminated. If abusive language continues, it is best to put the coaching on hold until the issue causing the abusive language can be resolved.
