Personal awareness is being able to notice all the things happening around you. It is a state in which everything you do empowers you and the ones around you. If you where able to choose how you react to any situation how might this benefit you?

Mindfulness is a state of being. As you think of being mindful, it is really about presence. Presence is where we are, right at this moment. Mindfulness has allowed me to be calm, cool, and relaxed in some of the hardest situations I have come to face. Since i allowed my self to be mindful I have seen endless possibility's in my own life from job opportunity, creating new friendships, to building the life and support network i truly desired. Here at ImagineFocus, we believe that once we are able to be present in every moment, we can add choice to our lives. It lets us live intentionally In any situation. Where we focus our attention; your emotions, personality, and behaviour will determine where you go in life. Allowing ourselves personal awareness allows you to see where your behaviour is taking you.
